Joining a committee is a great way to contribute to our community, and there are numerous opportunities available based on your interests and skills. Here’s a brief overview of each committee to help you identify where you might want to get involved:
Architectural Compliance: If you have a knack for design or an appreciation for aesthetics, this committee focuses on ensuring that all modifications to properties meet community standards.
Communications: Perfect for those with strong writing or graphic design skills, this committee handles newsletters, social media, and any communication within the community.
Facilities & Amenities: If you’re organized and have a passion for improving community spaces, consider this committee, which oversees the maintenance and enhancement of community facilities and services.
Finance: Those with a background in finance, budgeting, or accounting can make a significant impact here by helping monitor the community’s financial health and advising on budgetary matters.
Green Task Force: This committee focuses on environmental initiatives, promoting sustainability, and implementing eco-friendly practices within the community.
Harbor: Enjoy boating or waterfront activities? This committee oversees the harbor facilities and initiatives to improve the waterfront experience for everyone.
Rules: This committee focuses on developing and updating community rules and regulations. It’s ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and fair-minded.
Safety: If you’re passionate about community welfare and safety, joining this committee will allow you to contribute to programs and initiatives that protect residents.
Social & Recreation: Great for social butterflies! This committee organizes events and recreational activities, fostering community spirit and connection among residents.

Architectural Compliance
Purpose: ensures that all modifications to properties meet community standards.
Meets: 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 9:00 a.m. in the Clubhouse. Contact chair or secretary for Special Meetings.

Communications
Purpose: produces newsletters, social media, and any communication within the community.
Meets: 2nd Thursday of the month at 1:30 p.m. contact the chair or secretary for location and Zoom link if used.

Purpose: oversees the maintenance and enhancement of community facilities and services.

Finance

Green Task Force

Purpose: oversee the harbor facilities and initiatives to improve the waterfront experience for everyone.
