First, click on the little magnifying glass (search tool) at the top right of every page, and put in key words for what you are looking for. When the current public website was started in September of 2021 at the request of the then Community Manager, it was to be only temporary until the portion now containing the “secure” documents; those requiring a member’s ID and Password to access, was to be going away soon. That secure menu under Pilera, the second menu area you see after logging in, has never been replaced. To replace it, and put all the secure documents (minutes, agendas and finance) all under the newly developed public front end would require everyone in Shelter Bay getting a new ID and Password. It was decided to leave the secure documents under the old structure of Pilera, resulting in two menus because it was only temporarily and would be less problems for the membership.
