The Shelter Bay Homeowners Association is governed by an elected board of directors who serve rotating 3-year terms. Members are encouraged to attend board meetings which are held on the third Wednesday of the month.

Monthly Board Meeting Agendas and Minutes
Along with the meeting agenda, all supporting materials are included. Minutes from the previous meeting, reports from the Treasurer, Manager, and Committees, status of ongoing projects, resolutions to be voted on, etc. Even if you can’t attend a meeting, a review of each month’s agenda will give you a lot of information.
