As part of the process for obtaining a new Master Lease which will replace the current leases that end June 30, 2044, the Board has approved the Lease Negotiations Team to send out a survey to residents in order to obtain feedback on signing a new lease.
The survey will provide some basic facts and will also gather information important to the process.
Knowing that a new lease will be more expensive but provide the ability for 30-year mortgages and home equity loans, plus the peace of mind that a long-term lease will provide, it’s important that we have an idea of whether or not the community will support a new lease.
