In preparation for the May 17th Annual Meeting the Board of Directors will be holding three meetings in person in the Clubhouse and via Zoom.

You’re invited to review the Draft FY 2025-2026 Annual Operating and Capital Improvement Projects Budget, then share your thoughts before the Board approves the Budget at their meeting on April 16 and prior to member ratification at the May 17, 2025, Annual Membership Meeting.
This meeting will include a Public Comment period and Board of Directors approval of the proposed Budget.
Please take this opportunity to meet the Candidates. Directors Jack Galbraith, Nancy Shimeall, and Mike Shannon, whose terms are ending on 6/30/2025, will be running for the next three-year term. Each candidate will provide a brief statement, then members will have the opportunity to ask questions.
