The Capital Assessment (Reserve) was recently increased to rebuild the reserve fund. This was based on a reserve study that looked at future infrastructure needs such as roads, water, buildings, amenities, and sewer plant. There was a slight decrease in the Monthly Assessment to offset the operating budget increase.
