Exercise Group

Put down that remote!

Exercise is a body activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health.

My name is Leslie, and I would like to be your instructor.

Exercise is performed for various reasons, including weight loss or maintenance, to aid growth and improve strength, to develop muscles and the cardiovascular system, to improve health, or simply for enjoyment.

Our 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM Clubhouse workouts every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning provide all the above!

Expect variety!  In one class we might use free weights, in another resistance bands.  Yoga mats are used as well as chairs and we also use our body weight where no equipment is needed.

Modifications to routines made as needed to suit your needs and abilities. You know your body and you know what it needs.

AQUATIC EXERCISES (During Summer):  Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:30am to 11:15am

Aquatic exercise is a low-impact activity that takes the pressure off the bones, joints and muscles. Water also offers natural resistance, which can help strengthen the muscles. Aquatic exercise can have many health benefits, such as improved heart health, reduced stress, and improved muscular endurance and strength. And let’s not forget fun and listening to great music while working out!  🏊🧜
