Pool hours are daily 9:00 am to 9:00 pm with the following schedule (subject to change):
Adult Swim (over 18 years of age) – Daily 9:00 am to 11:30 am
Open Swim – Daily 11:30 am to 8:00 pm
Adult Swim (over 18 years of age) – Daily 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm
The Pool is for use by Community Residents, their guests and Marina tenants. GUESTS MUST ALWAYS BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE COMMUNITY RESIDENTS OR MARINA TENANTS. Recreational bands* and a signed Pool Use Waiver are required to gain access to the pool. Residents or Marina Tenants should bring their key fob** and be prepared to badge-in to the pool gate. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE GATE FOR OTHERS.
Please be aware of the following:
- Purchase of Recreational Bands, Received/Signed waivers and Fob activation can ONLY be done during office hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
- POOL ATTENDANTS’ HOURS – will be during Open Swim time. If there is no pool attendant present, Members, guests and dependents are advised that they are swimming at their own risk.
- All Children 15 years of age or less must always be accompanied by a responsible adult 18 years of age or older.
- Individuals between 15-17 years of age must be accompanied by at least one other person.
- Staff will NOT be available over the weekend.
A hard copy of the Pool Rules and Waiver is available in the office.
The Pool Attendant will monitor swimmers, oversee safety, assist people within the pool area, prepare the pool for opening and closing, and perform limited poolmaintenance. THEY ARE NOT LIFEGUARDS.
*The recreational bands are $10 for the year per person. Guest recreational bands, good for three days, are $5 each. Contact the office for more information.
**The key fob is $17 with a limit of 2 per household. They can be programmed for the Clubhouse Restroom (after hours), Marina Restrooms (tenants only), Storage Lot Gate, Pool Gate, and soon to come the Pickleball Court. Contact the office for more information.
