The Shelter Bay Safety Committee is sponsoring a free class for residents and staff to learn the skills to effectively manage traffic and crowds.
Course: Traffic and Crowd Management

Trainer: Rick Wallace, Certified Instructor
In this approximately four-hour module, participants will learn:
- How CERT Basic Training skills relate to crowd and traffic management
- Effective communication strategies to direct traffic and crowds
- Crowd management skills and how to put together a basic crowd management plan
- Using traffic control devices to safely manage traffic in various situations, and now to put together a basic traffic management plan
