Updated Sept 30th at 10:40 a.m.: The #tsunami advisory for Washington state has been CANCELLED. At this time there is no tsunami threat to the Washington coast. Check out http://tsunami.gov for more information.
There still may be strong currents so we advise folks to stay cautious if they go near the water. Stay tuned to Washington State Parks & Recreation Commission to see when the beaches will be reopened.
