In-person public comment meetings are scheduled as follows:
- April 1, 4-6 p.m., Oak Harbor Elks Lodge, 155 NE Ernst Street, Oak Harbor
- April 2, 4-6 p.m., Whidbey Island Nordic Lodge Hall, 63 Jacobs Road, Coupeville
The Navy will host one virtual meeting. Questions can be submitted to the Navy for consideration in advance via the following email address: [email protected].
The virtual meeting will be broadcast on the project website on April 3, 2025, from 7-8 p.m. A recording of the virtual meeting will be posted to the project website.
