Garden Club

Join us in the beautification Shelter Bay! 

The Garden Club and hence the Public Garden areas around Shelter Bay have been thriving thanks to the hardworking volunteers and leadership of Chairwoman- Linda Shipley.

Our team takes care of 15 garden areas around the marina, clubhouse, library, entrance gate house and Coquille Park.

 Shelter Bay finances all plant, soil, bark and other material costs.  They just need your assistance to design and care for them so they may flourish and beautify our community.

Join our green thumb committee (though green thumbs are not necessary).  We supply the tools and supplies.  The missing ingredient You! A love for weeding and strong backs are a plus.  

 Throughout the spring, summer and fall seasons periodic monthly garden club gatherings are coordinated by text. No specific time commitment is required or expected.  Any donation of time, no matter how small, is greatly appreciated.
