Voting is now open for the Annual Membership meeting. You have 3 options for voting:   

  1. Online via Vote HOA Now (Deadline Friday, May 15, at 4 p.m.) 
  2. By Mail-in using the ballots in the Election Packet (Must be received by Saturday 10:00 a.m., including those mailed via USPS or those that used the After-hours Payment Drop Box at the Office.) 
  3. In-person day of meeting (Must be in line (with ID) in the Clubhouse between 10:15-10:30 a.m. As long as you are in line by 10:30 a.m., you will be allowed to vote.) 

Online voting is the preferred method.  It’s a simple point and click ballot with the results automatically tabulated, providing the highest level of accuracy and security.  You do not have to be signed up for electronic notices to vote electronically. Look for instructions in the Meeting Notice mailed to you.   

The Membership Meeting will be called to order at 10 a.m., at which time it will immediately recess for in-person voting and ballot counting. It will reconvene at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, May 16, 2026, with the Election Results.
