Our fiscal year starts on July 1. Now is the time of the year to start developing the budget for Fiscal Year 26-27.

The Operating Budget (including Water, Sewer, Lease, and Marina) and then the Capital Improvement Projects Budget are drafted by the Community Manager. The Community Manager will provide the draft budget to the Finance Committee and the Board of Directors by Monday, March 2.

In the following weeks, there are three budget development meetings scheduled to review and revise the draft as needed.

  • March 10 – 12 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. – Operations-Water-Sewer-Marina-Lease
  • March 17 – 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. – Capital Projects
  • March 24 – 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. – Final Review

These meetings will be held in the Clubhouse & via Zoom, and are open to all members of the community. There will be a Town Hall meeting on April 8 for final Community review and input.

Notices for all budget meetings and the Town Hall meeting will be sent via the electronic communications system, and will be posted on the front gate reader board and on the website calendar.
